ClinicClarity provides operational reporting for clinics, diagnostic laboratories, pharmacies, and health programmes. We collect and use only the data needed to build that reporting — we do not use ClinicClarity for diagnosis, treatment advice, prescriptions, or clinical decision-making.
Facility accounts provide operational data such as patient visit counts, laboratory test volumes, revenue figures, stock levels, and turnaround times. Reports are built from totals and trends, and management reports are designed to avoid displaying patient names.
Data uploaded or entered by a facility is used to generate that facility's dashboard and monthly reports, and to improve the accuracy of our data-quality checks. We do not sell facility data.
Access to a facility's account is restricted to users authorised by that facility's owner, based on the roles they are assigned.
The public demo account on our website uses fictional sample data only.
